USMC FILBE Backpack Load Lifter Replacement Straps

The FILBE USMC Backpack Load Lifter Replacement Strap is to meet the needs of the failure point of the female load lifter buckles that are attached to the shoulder harness systems.   After seeing thousands of used military surplus backpacks we found it was the most common issue.  These straps attach directly to the FILBE or any MOLLE frame providing the female portion of the buckle to mate with the shoulder strap load lifter male side that will now last for the lifetime of the backpack.
