Water-Jel is the same burn dressing used in combat kits made in first responder civilian packaging. A small square-shaped dressing designed to fit the palm of the hand to sooth and treat burns.  It is a Gel-soaked, medical-grade nonwoven material that should be in every first aid kit. The size makes it perfect for the back of the hand, near the knuckles and palms which is the most common burn area.
