The Chinook Medical TMK-IFAK pouch is a well organized, quick deployment blowout pouch that takes up about the same real estate as a double M4 mag pouch. Built in the USA and Berry compliant.
What we like about this one is the front access tab and the internal elevator strap that lifts the insert up and out. You grab it one-handed and it lays out into an organized work station. MOLLE webbing on the sides takes two tourniquets (sold separately).
A optional cutter is included, which is a $20 value on its own. U.S. made pouch plus the cutter makes this a solid deal. Pouches may have slight variation due to running changes.
Each pouch ships with some of its original medical components still inside. Gauze and similar items. We left them in because they're still usable for training and practice, but they are expired.
