Military IFAK A1 Trauma Insert Kit
The A1 IFAK Insert Kit is made to go into a USMC IFAK and fill the trauma portion of the kit. This kit contains combat lifesaving items for emergency field use. They are expired; however the value we find is in the fabric units that do not have gel such as the CAT tourniquets and H-Bandage that pay for the kit themselves. We have sold many of these, to soldiers who want extra gear. Great to have in your pack.
