Description
The TK-4L tourniquet is made with flexibility in mind. It can ride high on the thigh, over pants or a uniform, it can place real pressure to shut down a femoral bleed.The means that one end was swapped for a real tension hook, so you can pull and lock in more pressure than the standard model. It is also able to be used one-handed for easy application.
Made to be very compact It weighs only 4 ounces and packs flat, so it disappears into a range bag, IFAK, or back pocket. Good backup to a windlass tourniquet, and it seats on smaller limbs where a wider tourniquet can be hard to place. Tourniquet should only be used by those with training. These are very limited
